All of our specialty food items are handcrafted at our facility in Monterey, CA- down to each individual stuffed olive or artichoke salsa -- using only the finest local ingredients. Aside from artichoke salsa, we feature a wide variety of chocolate confections, like our Pinot Noir Chocolate Covered Cherries.Our garlic comes from Gilroy, our artichokes from Castroville, our olives and wine from California.
