Gil's Gourmet is a family business using local products to produce top-quality products like truffle oil, garlic products, and balsamic vinegar which are sold nationally. Our garlic comes from Gilroy, our artichokes from Castroville, our olives and wine from California. Those of you in the Monterey, area can also feel free to visit our storefront and kitchen at 577 Ortiz Ave, Sand City, CA, where our entire line of delicious gourmet sauces, balsamic vinegar, confections, oils and salsas are on display. You will also appreciate the consistently high-quality and freshness of our rare truffle oil, garlic products, and balsamic vinegar. Our level of care and attention to detail in every balsamic vinegar is rare in any industry these days. Gil's Gourmet started stuffing jalapeņos and olives and soaking them in chardonnay, and letting people taste them with the wine. This did so well that we started making other products, like balsamic vinegar and wine-soaked cherries in chocolate for instance.All of our specialty food items are handcrafted at our facility in Monterey, CA- down to each individual stuffed olive or balsamic vinegar -- using only the finest local ingredients.
