makes 1 1/2 cups
1 cup chopped chicken breast
3 tablespoons chipotle roasted garlic grille sauce
1/2 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 teaspoons chopped celery
2 teaspoons chopped red onion
1 teaspoon chopped chives
salt and pepper to taste
Toss ingredients together in a large bowl until chicken is coated. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Serve as a sandwich, with crackers or on top of your favorite green salad.
