Bruschetta Bagels



 

1 cup fresh tomato, chopped

2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced

2 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped

1 tbsp. Double Garlic Oil

salt and pepper to taste

4oz. cream cheese (or soft goat cheese, burrata or ricotta)

4 bagels, split and toasted


In a medium bowl toss together tomato, garlic, basil and double garlic oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread bagels with cream cheese and top evenly with bruschetta mix.
