This is our version of the classic creamy coleslaw with a bit of a twist. That twist? A combination of fresh herbs (scallions, parsley, and dill) and a hearty glug of our Basil Infused Olive Oil. This herbaceous inclusion gives this slaw tasty liveliness, perfectly paired with burgers, hotdogs, grilled chicken or pulled pork. Nom!

Ingredients:
Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Gil’s Basil Olive Oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon Big Sur All-Purpose Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
1 package (14 oz.) coleslaw mix (green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots)
1/2 cup fresh scallions, chopped
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
Place mayo, olive oil, lemon juice, sugar, seasoning, and celery seeds in a large bowl, whisk to combine the dressing.
Add the coleslaw mix, scallions, parsley, and dill to the bowl and toss to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
