This is a picnic or potluck side salad that shares the love. Creamy, flavorful, and perfect to pair with any al fresco menu. We used a combination of our Key Lime Olive Oil, Crying Tongue Hot Sauce, and Seafood Seasoning to thoroughly infuse this creamy pasta salad dressing with flavor. The tender noodles, pops of shrimp, and fresh veggies make this one enjoyable side dish.

Ingredients:
Dressing:
2 tablespoons Gil’s Key Lime Olive Oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Gil’s Crying Tongue Hot Sauce
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon Big Sur Seafood Seasoning
8 oz. macaroni or pasta shells, cooked according to the instructions on the package, and cooled
6 oz. cooked shrimp, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup red onion, peeled and diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
San Fran Sea Salt, to taste
1-2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
Place mayo, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, hot sauce, sugar, and seasoning in a large bowl, whisk to combine the dressing.
Add cooked noodles, cooked shrimp, celery, onion, bell pepper, and peas to the bowl, stir to combine the salad. Season to taste with salt and refrigerate until ready to serve. Right before serving, garnish with chopped chives.
