Crudités with Peanut Sauce
This simple appetizer comes together in a matter of minutes, thanks to the ease of our newest addition, Asian Peanut Sauce. We like this break from traditional creamy dips, adding newness and exciting flavors to our veggie platter, with this peanut sauce. There is still a “creamy’ element, thanks to the ground peanuts, but the flavor combination just elevates these veggies in a way that ranch or bleu cheese dressings just can’t achieve.
3-4 carrots, peeled and portioned
3-4 celery stalks, portioned
3-4 baby cucumbers, portioned
6-8 mini bell peppers, halved
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 cup radishes, halved or quartered
Fresh herbs and lettuces for garnish (cilantro, basil, or scallions, red cabbage, napa cabbage or bib lettuce leaves)
1 jar (9oz) Gil’s Asian Peanut Sauce
Arrange prepped veggies on a large platter. Pour peanut sauce into a smaller bowl and serve alongside veggies for dipping. Feel free to customize your crudite with your own favorites (broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, snap peas, etc… are all really nice additions as well).
