Crying Tongue Guacamole

Serves 6-8


4 avocados, peeled

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1-2 tablespoons Crying Tongue Hot Sauce

1/2 teaspoon San Fran Sea Salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Pinch of black pepper

1/2 cup fresh tomatoes, diced

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup red onion, peeled and diced

Tortilla chips for dipping


Place avocados in a large bowl, using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocado until smooth. Season with lime juice, hot sauce, salt, cumin, and pepper, and stir to combine. Add tomatoes, cilantro, and onions, and stir to combine. Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl and serve with tortillas dips for dipping
