Deep Dish Pizza
1 pkg. fresh or frozen pizza dough 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 jar Artichoke and Olive Marinara 3 cups shredded mozzarella 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan 2 cups frozen spinach, thawed and drained 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Roll out pizza dough, on a floured surface, to fit the size of a large cast iron skillet. Oil the bottom and sides of the skillet and transfer the dough to the pan. Ladle 1 cup of Artichoke and Olive Marinara on the bottom and top with alternating layers of cheese, parmesan, spinach and pepperoni. Finish the final layer with more Artichoke and Olive Marinara, covering the top. Bake for about 30 minutes or until pizza crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Let rest for 10 minutes. Top with fresh basil before slicing and serving.
