Greek Cobb Hot Dog



 

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp. plain greek yogurt

1 tbsp. fresh dill

1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

salt and pepper to taste


6-8 hot dogs

6-8 hot dog buns


1/2 cup fresh tomatoes, diced

1/2 cup baby spinach

1/4 cup cucumbers, diced

1/4 cup red onion, peeled and diced

1/4 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted

1/8 cup feta crumbles


In a medium bowl whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, yogurt, dill and lemon juice until smooth and season to taste with salt and pepper. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Preheat grill to medium high heat and grill hot dogs for 3-4 minutes or until lightly charred and hot.

Place grilled dogs into buns and top with tomatoes, baby spinach, cucumbers, red onion, olives and feta. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce before serving.
