Greek Tzatziki Deviled Eggs 



 

makes 1 doz.


6 eggs, hard boiled and peeled 

2 tablespoons mayonnaise 

1 tablespoon sour cream 

1 tablespoon yellow mustard 

1/4 teaspoon salt 

2 tablespoons feta cheese crumbles 

6 Kalamata Olives, pit removed and cut in half 

2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped 

2 tablespoons cucumber, finely chopped 

2 tablespoons red onion, peeled and finely chopped 


Split cooked eggs and remove the yolks. Place yolks in a food processor with mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and salt, pulse until smooth. 

Pipe or spoon yolk mixture onto egg whites. 

Garnish with feta cheese, kalamata olives, dill, cucumber and red onion before serving.
