Muffuletta Deviled Eggs 



 

makes 1 doz.

6 eggs, hard boiled and peeled

1 cup Gil’s Gourmet Olive Juice Dirty Martini Mix 

2 tablespoons mayonnaise 

1 tablespoon sour cream 

1 tablespoon yellow mustard 

1/4 teaspoon salt 

2 tablespoons salami, finely chopped 

2 tablespoons Gil’s Gourmet Mother Earth Sicilian Olives, pitted and finely chopped

2 tablespoons jarred roasted red peppers, drained and finely chopped 

2 tablespoons sharp provolone cheese, grated 

2 teaspoons fresh basil, finely chopped 


Split cooked eggs and remove the yolks. Place yolks in a food processor with mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and salt, pulse until smooth. 

Pipe or spoon yolk mixture onto egg whites. 

Garnish with salami, olives, red peppers, provolone cheese and basil before serving.
