4 cups Bloody Mary Mix
1/2 lemon, juiced
4 oz. premium vodka
2 tbsp. Big Sur Gourmet Cowboy Rub
garnish:
Smoky Chipotle Garlic
Spicy Green Beans
Vermouth Bleu Cheese Stuffed Olives
Celery stalks
Dill sprigs
Lemon wedges
Fill a shaker with ice and pour in Bloody Mary mix, lemon juice and vodka. Shake until blended.
Wet the rim of each rock glass with lemon juice and sprinkle with cowboy rub. Fill with ice and pour in Bloody Mary. Skewer garlic cloves, green beans and bleu cheese stuffed olives on cocktail picks and garnish glass along with celery stalks, fresh dill sprigs and lemon wedges.
