Red Pepper and Garlic Vinaigrette

This is a zesty, savory, and spicy option for hearty salads in need of a little heat. Gil’s ingredients used… Red Pepper Olive Oil, Garlic Balsamic Vinegar, and Champagne Jalapeño Mustard.


Makes 1 cup

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Red Pepper Olive Oil

1/4 cup Garlic Balsamic Vinegar

1 tablespoon Champagne Jalapeño Mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced

2 tablespoon fresh chives

San Fran Sea Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Place olive oil, balsamic, mustard, honey, peppers, and herbs in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth and combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper and store covered and refrigerated until ready to serve.
