Roasted Tomatoes with Olives

3 cup cherry tomatoes

1 cup Gil’s Gourmet Sun-dried Olives, pitted

2 tablespoons Gil’s Gourmet Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place rack near the top of the oven, closet to the heat source.

Toss cherry tomatoes and olives with olive oil, salt and pepper. Evenly distribute tomatoes and olives on a baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes or until tomatoes have blistered and charred slightly.
