Spicy Watermelon Whiskey Slushie

makes 4 cocktails

2 cups watermelon, chopped

1 cup simple syrup

2 teaspoons Crying Tongue Hot Sauce

3 oz. whiskey

garnish:

watermelon cubes

lime slices

sliced jalapeños

Puree watermelon, simple syrup and hot sauce together in a food processor. Freeze mixture overnight or until icy and firm. Pour whiskey into rocks glass and top with scoops of frozen slushie. Garnish with watermelon, lime slices and sliced jalapeños.
