makes 1 sandwich
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon salted butter
2 teaspoons Gil's Red Pepper Olive Oil
2 slices rye bread
3-4 tablespoons spicy pepper jelly
4 slices pepper jack cheese
Instructions:
Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the butter has melted add one bread slice to the skillet. Top the bread slice with pepper jelly and cheese, then cap the sandwich with the remaining bread slice. Toast until the cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
