This high quality aged balsamic vinegar is imported from Modena Italy and has been given a rating of 3 Leaves .
3-Leaf vinegar is full-bodied, aromatic, and well-balanced vinegar. Ideal for roasted meats, grilled fish, pasta sauces, and reduction sauces.

The leaf system was developed by the Italian Balsamic Vinegar Tasters Association (AIB) to help consumers quickly identify a vinegar’s style and use without relying on aging claims. Ratings are based on sensory evaluations of color, fruitiness, sweetness, aroma intensity, pungency, body, and flavor balance.
The rating is not mandatory; it’s a voluntary quality assurance tool. Ratings range from 1-leaf (lightly sweet and delicate) to 4 -leaf (Rich, sweet, syrupy, and intensely flavored).
