We hand-stuffed these jumbo green olives with the whopping 1-million Scoville heat unit ghost chili pepper! This chili pepper offers a sweet, fruity flavor, before imparting a substantial fiery burn. We finish our olives with a glug of Chardonnay wine, creating a milder, less salty olive. That brine keeps our olives snappy, which balance the ghost pepper’s heat.
