Habanero Garlic Stuffed Olives

We hand-stuffed these jumbo green olives with zesty pickled habanero pepper and garlic slices.  

Habanero peppers offer a tropical, almost citrusy note that pairs so well with the bold and aromatic garlic. We finish our olives in a Chardonnay-spiked brine, creating a milder, less salty olive. That brine keeps our olives snappy and our garlic fresh, all elements that balance the habanero’s heat.
