Lemon Greek Olives

Kalamata olives are large, dark purple, almond‑shaped Greek olives known for their rich, fruity, briny flavor and meaty texture. To highlight our whole Kalamata olives, we added fresh lemon slices to the brine, imparting vibrant aromatics and a citrusy twang. These olives are the perfect accompaniment to salads, pasta sauces, and Mediterranean-themed charcuterie boards.
