Creamy Garlic Cucumbers
3 each Riesling Marinated Italian Garlic Cloves, minced
1/4 cup Riesling Marinated Italian Garlic juice
2 tablespoons Gil’s California Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus a little extra for drizzling
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
1 english cucumber, cut into wedges
pinch crushed red pepper flakes
Place minced garlic, garlic juice (from the jar), olive oil, sour cream, and mayo in a medium bowl, whisk to combine. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
Place cucumber wedges on a plate or platter and top with garlic sauce. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes (optional) before serving.
