Flavor of Fall Mustard Vinaigrette

This vinaigrette is full of Fall flavors. The combination of Apple Balsamic and Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil creates a sweet and aromatic dressing balanced by our robustly savory Roasted Garlic Champagne Mustard. This is a great everyday vinaigrette, perfect for all of you Fall salads.

Serves 6
Ingredients:
¼ cup Gil’s Apple Balsamic
2 tablespoons Gil’s Roasted Garlic Champagne Mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
1 teaspoon Big Sur Gourmet Italian Seasoning
Instructions
Place the balsamic, olive oil, mustard, honey, garlic, and seasoning in a medium bowl. Vigorously whisk to combine and refrigerate until ready to serve. We love this dressing with fresh Fall ingredients like leafy greens, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, squash, and apples.
