Garlic and Raspberry Vinaigrette

This sweet and savory combo is a great vinaigrette option for protein or veggie forward salads. Gil’s ingredients used… Double Garlic Olive Oil, Raspberry Balsamic, and Roasted Garlic Champagne Mustard.


Makes 1 cup


Ingredients:

1 tablespoon honey

1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

1 tablespoon fresh basil

1 tablespoon fresh mint

San Fran Sea Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

Place olive oil, balsamic, mustard, honey, fruit, and herbs in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth and combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper and store covered and refrigerated until ready to serve.
