This spring-themed bread dipper is a herbaceous combination of creamy goat cheese, fresh herbs, and our signature Bread Dipper Collection of California Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, and Big Sur Bread Dipper Seasoning blend. A great appetizer or snack solution for Spring-season gatherings.

Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
8 ounces soft goat cheese
2-3 tablespoons Gil’s Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
2 teaspoon lemon zest, chopped
1 1/2-2 teaspoons Big Sur Gourmet Bread Dipper
Focaccia or ciabatta, for dipping
Instructions
Place goat cheese on a serving platter and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic. Top the cheese, oil, and vinegar with parsley, basil, chives, dill, lemon zest, and bread dipper seasoning. Serve with bread on the side for dipping and dunking.
