Jalapeño Mustard Basting Sauce

This all-purpose basting sauce is perfect for Fall roasting. Made using our Champagne Jalapeño Mustard, you have this balancing heat from the jalapeños paired with tangy Dijon mustard and stone ground mustard. The brown sugar, olive oil, and seasoning blend help create incredible browning with flavor that permeates your roasted meats or seasonal vegetables perfectly.

Serves 6
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons Big Sur Gourmet Garden Vegetable Seasoning
2 teaspoons Gil’s Double Garlic Olive Oil
1 teaspoon San Fran Sea Salt
Instructions
Place the mustard, brown sugar, seasoning, olive oil, and salt in a medium bowl, whisk to combine. Baste your meat (chicken, pork, beef, etc…) or vegetables before roasting and during for the best results.
