Pineapple, Mango & Ginger Margarita
This sweet and zesty cocktail is deliciously refreshing. Fresh pineapple, mango, lime juice and ginger are blended together, then strained, to create a vibrant juice-base for this margarita. A simple combination of tequila and simple syrup round out this recipe relying on the San Fran Sea Salt to add that tale-tell salty balance.
Tropical Juice Blend:
1 cup fresh mango, peeled and diced
1 cup fresh pineapple, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled and diced
1/2 lime, juiced
Makes 1 margarita:
4oz tropical juice blend
2oz gold or silver tequila
1oz simple syrup
Garnish: San Fran Sea Salt rimmed glass and lime slices
To make the tropical juice blend, place mango, pineapple, ginger, and lime juice in a blender, blend until smooth. Strain the mixture, using a fine mesh strainer, and transfer the juice to a sealable container. Refrigerate until ready to use.
To make the margarita, fill a large shaker full with ice. Add the tropical juice blend, tequila, and simple syrup, vigorously shake, and pour into a San Fran Sea Salt rimmed glass. Garnish with lime slices before serving.
