Spinach & Artichoke Bread Dipper

This fresh approach to the classic spinach & artichoke dip using our Bread Dipper Collection is absolutely delicious (as well as easy to put together). Cream cheese, mayo, parmesan, and garlic make up the bulk of the creamy dip, all topped with fresh spinach, marinated artichoke hearts, California Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, and our popular Big Sur Bread Dipper seasoning.


Serves 4-6 


Ingredients: 


4 ounces cream cheese, softened 

2 tablespoons mayonnaise 

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated 

1 garlic clove, peeled 

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped 

1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped 

Brown bread, for dipping 



Instructions 


Place cream cheese, mayo, parmesan, and garlic in the bowl of a food processor, and blend until smooth. Spoon the creamy mixture onto a serving platter, spreading out in an even layer. Sprinkle with spinach and artichoke hearts. Drizzle the platters with olive oil and balsamic and season with bread dipper before serving. We love toasted brown bread for dipping and dunking.
