Vietnamese-Style Hot Dogs
makes 4 hot dogs
2 radishes, thinly sliced and julienned
1 carrot, thinly sliced and julienned
1 cucumber, seeded, thinly sliced and julienned
1 tablespoon Lemon Dirty Martini Mix (or Spicy)
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons The Pepper Plant Chunky Garlic Sauce
4 large hot dogs
4 hot dog buns
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
While the grill in preheating, place radishes, carrots and cucumbers in a medium bowl. Drizzle with martini mix and sugar, toss to coat and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayo and garlic sauce until combined, set aside.
Grill hot dogs for 3-4 minutes or until they’re hot all the way through. Split the hot dog buns, if necessary, and place hot dogs inside. Top with veggie mix and cilantro, drizzle with spicy mayo before serving.
