This easy dessert recipe is a show stopper. Our strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry blend topping is exploding with berry flavor, thanks to the use of berry-infused balsamic vinegars. Both of our vinegars, Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar and Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar, were used in crafting this recipe for a total infusion.

Ingredients:
Berry Balsamic Blend:
3/4 cup fresh blueberries
3/4 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
3/4 cup fresh raspberries, chopped
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Gil’s Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Gil’s Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1 pound cake or angel food cake, sliced
1 1/2 cups whipped topping
Fresh mint sprigs
Instructions
Place blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries in a medium bowl, drizzle with honey, blueberry balsamic, raspberry balsamic, and water, and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Divide slices of pound cake or angel food cake between plates or bowls and top with berry mixture, whipped topping, and mint sprigs.
