Make 1 cup
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Key Lime Olive Oil
1/4 cup Cherry Balsamic
1 tablespoon Champagne Jalapeño Mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 cup fresh or frozen cherries, pitted
1 tablespoon fresh basil
1 tablespoon fresh mint
San Fran Sea Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Place olive oil, balsamic, mustard, honey, lime juice, fruit, and herbs in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth and combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper and store covered and refrigerated until ready to serve.
