Olive and Spinach Dip a la Gil’s
A classic reimagined…our dip combines the citrusy punch of our Lemon Stuffed Olives with the traditional spinach dip ingredients. A crowd pleaser every time!
Olive and Spinach Dip:
1 cup spinach (fresh chopped or thawed and drained frozen)
1/3 cup Gil’s Lemon Stuffed Olives, drained
1/8 cup red onion, peeled and chopped
1 garlic cloves, peeled
8oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup half and half
salt and pepper to taste
Combine the olive and spinach dip ingredients in a food processor (spinach, lemon stuffed olives, onion, garlic, cream cheese and half and half) pulse until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Serve dip on a platter with veggies
