Roasted Balsamic Green Beans & Mushrooms
1lb. green beans, trimmed
6oz cremini mushrooms, halved or quartered
2 tablespoons Gil’s Double Garlic Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Gil's Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon San Fran Sea Salt
pinch of cracked black pepper
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a large bowl, toss together green beans, mushrooms, olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper. Spread veggies evenly out on a large baking sheet, roast for 12-15 minutes or until tender-crisp. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
