Sticky Sriracha Maple Brussel Sprouts

This simple sweet and spicy side dish will delight your Thanksgiving guests. The complex and gourmet elements of the Balsamic & Herb Dipping Oil (the peppery EVOO, the earthy balsamic, and the herbaceous seasoning blend) pair nicely with the sriracha-spike maple syrup, creating a fun, spicy, caramelized quality to these roasted brussel sprouts. Delish!

Serves 6 


Ingredients: 


2 tablespoons maple syrup 

1 tablespoon sriracha 

½ teaspoon San Fran Sea Salt 

1 pound brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved 

1 teaspoon sesame seeds 


Instructions 


Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the dipping oil, maple syrup, sriracha, and salt in a large bowl, whisk to combine. Add the brussel sprouts and toss to coat. Transfer the seasoned brussel sprouts to the prepared baking sheet and spread out in a single, even layer. Place in the oven and roast for 20 to 30 minutes or until brussels are tender and heartily caramelized. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
