This easy sweet potato bake is perfect for your Thanksgiving feast. Crispy slices of sweet potato are well seasoned using our Balsamic & Herb Dipping Oil, honey, garlic, fresh herbs, and parmesan for a savory and sweet flavor combination. Not just for bread dippers, this three leaf-grade balsamic, cold pressed olive oil, and dried seasoning blend works well as a cooking ingredient too!

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons honey

2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped

¾ cup parmesan cheese, grated

1 ½ pounds sweet potatoes, thinly sliced

San Fran Sea Salt and black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the dipping oil, honey, garlic, fresh chopped herbs, and parmesan in a large bowl, stir to combine. Add the sliced potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat.

Shingle the seasoned potatoes into an oven-proof skillet or round casserole dish forming a tight spiral. Spoon or drizzle any residual mixture left in the bowl over the potatoes, heartily sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cover the skillet with foil. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes or until the potatoes are crisp and the seasoning has formed a nice glaze. Remove from the oven and set aside to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
