Watermelon Avocado Salad

makes 4 side salads or 2 main entree salads


1/2 each seedless watermelon, cut into 1 inch cubes

2 avocados, peeled and thinly sliced

2 cups fresh sprouts

1 1/2 cups mini mozzarella

2-3 tablespoons Gil’s Gourmet Basil Olive Oil

1/2 cup Gil’s Gourmet 18 Year Balsamic Vinegar

fresh basil leaves

cracked black pepper


Arrange watermelon, avocado, sprouts and mozzarella on salad plates or a large platter. Drizzle with oil and vinegar and top with fresh basil leaves. Sprinkle with a little cracked black pepper before serving.
