California Crunch Mix

serves 12


4 tablespoons butter, melted

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon San Fran Sea Salt

2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

4 cups rice chex

4 cups wheat chex

1 cup crushed pretzels

1 cup gourmet mixed nuts

1 cup dried mixed vegetable chips or snacks


Preheat oven to 250°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, seafood seasoning, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper sauce, whisk to combine. Add rice chex, wheat chex, pretzels, nuts, and dried veggies to the bowl and toss to combine and coat. Divide the mix between the baking sheets and spread out in an even layer. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the pans, stir the mix, and return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes. Remove the mix from the oven and set aside the baking sheets to cool (preferably on a wire rack) for 30 minutes. California Crunch Mix can be stored in plastic baggies at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
