Dirty Martini Deviled Eggs
makes 1 doz.
6 eggs, hard boiled and peeled
1 cup Gil’s Gourmet Olive Juice Dirty Martini Mix
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Gil’s Gourmet Mother Earth Sicilian Olives, pitted and finely chopped
6 Gil’s Gourmet Mother Earth Sicilian Olives
6 fancy cocktail picks
Marinate hard boiled eggs in Martini mix for a minimum of 4 hours to overnight.
Remove from marinade, split cooked eggs and remove the yolks. Place yolks in a food processor with mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and salt, pulse until smooth.
Pipe or spoon yolk mixture onto egg whites.
Top with chopped olives.
Skewer whole olive onto cocktail pick, followed by deviled egg, before serving.
