These easy summer-themed toasts are an excellent option for casual appetizers or quick lunches. The Italian Marinated Garlic is lightly spiked with Riesling wine and seasoned with a special blend of Italian herbs and spices, making this a simple but flavorful meal.

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 tablespoons Gil’s Italian Marinated Garlic juice
2 tablespoons Gil’s California Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Gils Italian Marinated Garlic, thinly sliced
4 thick slices sourdough bread, toasted
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons feta cheese crumbles
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh scallions, chopped
Pinch San Fran Sea Salt
Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
Place tomatoes, garlic juice, olive oil, and sliced garlic in a medium bowl, stir to combine.
Spread toasted bread slices with softened cream cheese and top with the tomato mixture. Sprinkle the toasts with feta, basil, scallions, salt, and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
