Truffle and Fig Vinaigrette

This elegant combination of ingredients make for a very special vinaigrette. Perfect for Fall and Winter-themed salads. Gil’s ingredients used… Black Truffle Olive Oil, California Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fig Balsamic, Roasted Garlic Champagne Mustard.


Makes 1 cup

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Black Truffle Oil

1/2 cup California Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 cup Fig Balsamic

1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Champagne Mustard.

1 tablespoon honey

1/4 cup dried figs, diced

1 tablespoon fresh basil

1 tablespoon fresh chives

San Fran Sea Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Place olive oil, balsamic, mustard, honey, fruit, and herbs in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth and combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper and store covered and refrigerated until ready to serve.
