Truffle Love ❤️

Fungi is fun (and delicious)! This particular fungi also happens to be a celebrated culinary delicacy and one of our favorite ingredients. Truffles are the edible spores that grow on an underground fungus in the family Tuberaceae. They're often confused with mushrooms, but they're technically not the same species (mushrooms grow above ground, while truffles grow underneath the surface).

Our Truffle Infused Oils

White Truffle Olive Oil

100% pure olive oil infused with high quality white truffles. 8.5 oz bottle.

What is a White Truffle?

The white truffle is the pinnacle of fine dining cuisine and very costly. Ripe with rich earthy flavors, this coveted fungus is found mostly in Italy around Piedmont or Alba. It's expense is not only due to its deliciousness but to its rarity. Truffles are not farmed, they are foraged and prefer to grow only on select trees under ideal conditions.

Black Truffle Olive Oil

100% pure olive oil infused with high quality black truffles. 8.5 oz. bottle

What is a Black Truffle?

A fine dining fungus that is a rare gastronomic indulgence. Black truffles are predominantly found in France and can only be foraged (not with piggies) using highly trained truffle sniffing dogs. These are dark, bumpy tubers with a nutty, musky pungency and oodles of earthy umami flavor.

Truffled Grapeseed Oil

A blend of pure grapeseed oil and black truffle oil. The delicate characteristics of the grapeseed oil rounds out the savory and robust flavors of the black truffles. 8.5 oz bottle.

How to use Truffled Grapeseed Oil?

The perfect finish to any sauce, soup, side dish or entree. Truffle oil is perfect on pasta, mashed potatoes, sauteed vegetables, chicken, steaks or seafood. The earthy flavor of black truffles elevates any dinner into fine dining deliciousness.

Our Favorite Truffle Recipes

Truffle and Fig Vinaigrette

This elegant combination of ingredients make for a very special vinaigrette. Perfect for Fall and Winter-themed salads. Gil’s ingredients used… Black Truffle Olive Oil, California Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fig Balsamic, Roasted Garlic Champagne Mustard.

Truffled Lobster Mac & Cheese

If you're gonna indulge, why not pull out all the stops? This Lobster Macaroni & Cheese recipe is well seasoned with our Black Truffle Oil and Seafood Seasoning. A combination of cheddar and gruyere highlight the sweet lobster meat as well as the earthy truffle oil. A buttery ritz cracker crumb topping adds a fun textural crunch….delicious!

Gourmet Truffle Cheesesteak

Time to get fancy! Just because we're making Cheesesteaks that doesn't mean we can't get a little creative in the kitchen. Steak and truffles go together like peas and carrots. In this gourmet version, we make a super-flavorful truffle cheese sauce. That sauce is slathered over an herbaceous and well-seasoned assortment of onions, mushrooms, and sirloin steak.

Pea Risotto with Truffle Oil

A spring time favorite capturing all the fresh elements of the season. Peas, mint, citrus and truffle…a wonderful main dish or accompanying side. Using our White Truffle Oil.
