Makes 1 cup
1/4 cup Habanero Tequila Olive Oil
1/4 cup Maple Balsamic
1 tablespoon Champagne Jalapeño Mustard
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon fresh chives
San Fran Sea Salt and pepper to taste
Place olive oil, balsamic, mustard, honey, and herbs in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth and combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper and store covered and refrigerated until ready to serve.
