We infused our classic bread dipper recipe with some zesty heat! Using the same ingredients found in our Big Dipper Collection (Double Garlic Olive Oil, Balsamic and Herb Dipping Oil, and Big Sur Bread Dipper Seasoning) infused, this time, with Calabrian chili peppers, pepperoncinis, and fresh herbs, we’ve crafted a bread dipper every spicy-lover will enjoy!
1/2 cup Gil’s Double Garlic Olive Oil
1 1/2 tablespoons Big Sur Bread Dipper Seasoning
2 tablespoons marinated Calabrian chili peppers, minced
2 tablespoons peperoncini peppers, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley or basil, chopped
Assorted crostini, focaccia or rustic bread for dipping
Place olive oil and dipping sauce in a shallow bowl. Sprinkle with bread dipper seasoning, chili peppers, and fresh herbs before serving. Have plenty of your favorite breads on the side for dipping.
